- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on the scope of your project, however we will discuss all options with you prior to performing any service work. We offer free estimates on all repairs and system installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment time to gather more information about the nature of your project. We value your time and want to make sure that we are providing our service as conveniently as possible. After a full system inspection, we will review all details of any/all work for your approval. We do not proceed with any repairs or service without your approval. Once service is completed, we accept credit cards, cash, checks, and online payments.
