Outstanding, scheduled appointment for 12 noon, contacted at 11am, that he was going to be a little bit late, and rescheduled for 1 pm, at 1250 pm, he arrived, troubleshot the the washing machine, and determined that it was the Lid Switch, replaced the switch, and was finished and completed, and all paperwork was completed, and departed at 145pm. in less than 45 mins total work was completed. Would recommend Pocono Happy Home Appliance Repair Service for any and all repair work. Thank You.

Pocono Happy Home did a fantastic job repairing my refrigerator and installing my range hood. Ilia was professional and polite. He was very thorough with his work. His rate are extremely fair and reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for future work.

Our dryer was no longer heating and Ilia was able to get us in on short notice! Unfortunately our dryer had more problems than just the heating element and would have been much more expensive to fix. He offered to replace the element still if we wanted but did not pressure us to do so. We ultimately decided we would just purchase another dryer and not repair this one. He was very understanding and only charged us for the service call which was very reasonable for a Saturday! Will definitely hire him again when the time comes!

We had two appliances both stop working with 2 days of each other….a gas stove and electric dryer. Ilia was able to quickly diagnose the issues and repair both with 1 1/2 hours. We would highly recommend him for any work and were extremely pleased with the overall experience of his service!
