Can’t recommend them enough. What was supposed to be a simple attic fan replacement became much more complicated, but he completed it quickly and efficiently, explaining each step along the way. Great work for a good price.

I would highly recommend Ken. He arrived on time, explained what was done, answered any questions, and he was finished in the same day despite our long list of things.

Ken stopped by to diagnose a fuse that was tripping in the main panel. I would have rated the overall experience 1 star however, Ken did do one additional task at my request (replaced a surge protector that I provided). Appointment was 8 am but he texted to let me know he was 30+ mins late (par for the course) and arrived around 8.35 am. When he arrived, we pointed out to Ken the fuse that was tripping. He then spent 15-20 mins diagnosing and then left to buy a fuse for 30+ minutes (not sure why/how an electrician wouldn't have a spare fuse in the back of their truck), came back and replaced the fuse. Left 10 am. So may be a total of ~45 mins of work (replacing a fuse, and a surge protector). All time stamps on camera. Labor charges alone were ~$300 - charged for two hours!??!. It's unacceptable I have to pay 2 hours or labor for something that took under 45 mins. When I contacted Ken his response was "I could have spent 4-5 hrs. opening up every outlet, switch and light on the circuit that was tripping to check to see if that was the issue". Really? Firstly, I pointed out which fuse was the issue. Besides, I can't pay for something that didn't occur. It would be disingenuous of an electrician to spend 4 hours of unnecessary time after being told what fuse was the issue. He did, after much wasted time messaging back and forth refund $49. My regular electrician was unavailable and the last couple of times I have had to replace a fuse, I know exactly how much time and money it cost me. We all understand electrician are at a premium these days but I refuse to pay for something I didn't get service. 2 hours labor for 45 mins of work is not fair by any means.
