This summer, I participated in a P10 workshop run by Penny... it/she was outstanding. She is a great motivational speaker, but matched it with sound, concise and easy to understand and apply principles. I have also read her book and find it one of the most useful pieces of guidance -- and not only for my work, but for my personal life as well.

Our team has never been more galvanized. Absenteeism is down 20% our company culture is at an all time high. Customer satisfaction and retention is steady climbing.
