Hello! I am Rev. Cáit Finnegan, and I am ordained in the Celtic Christian Church. I've been officiating weddings for 27 years. I will help and guide you through creating the ceremony which best expresses your love. I am respectful of religious AND non-religious ceremonies and can help you plan what you want. We can meet and plan in my Zoom Room or chat by phone, and create a ceremony that expresses what YOU want and what will be meaningful and memorable. If you give me a call, I can tell you why it is not necessary for any officiant to be present at a rehearsal, and that would save you an additional fee! Regarding WEDDINGS DURING COVID and variants in this area: I am happy to accommodate your choice for location for weddings or public venues where CDC guidelines can be respected as they respond to any outbreak in the area. Exceptional Officiant . Rev. Cait Finnegan not only made sure she made our wedding day spectacular but she also was very reliable , friendly , and communicative . My husband and I one hundred percent recommend her . Mrs. Finnegan also showed up a hour before the wedding start time to ensure she was not stuck in any traffic . She is so kind and loving too. She interacted with our family and friends while waiting for us to arrive . During the ceremony she is very warm hearted and speaks very clearly and knowledgeable. When the ceremony ended she gave a sweet goodbye . Thank you for our wonderful wedding ceremony. Please trust me Rev. My wife and I had a great experience with Rev. Cait. Even though we had a very small ceremony, just our kids and us. Rev. Cait made our ceremony very special. She arrived early and we talked before the ceremony, as she made sure of everything we wanted and exactly where in our home we wanted the ceremony to be. Rev. Cait is very personable talking with us about her family and her love for animals. Which put us at ease cause we were a bit nervous. Our ceremony was beautiful and it is something we will reach for the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Rev. Bishop Cait Finnegan is a joy to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fee: $275. without rehearsal. $50 Deposit to hold time and date for you (applied to total fee). $250. (no rehearsal) or $350. (with rehearsal)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new couple contacts me we can communicate via e-mail, telephone, or meet on Zoom, as they wish. We can set a time and place to meet to discuss the type of ceremony they would like. I then tailor the actual service to their particular preference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seminary training. 25 years as an ordained priest/wedding officiant in good standing. Oasis Program of SpiritualDirection for Spiritual Guides. Clinical Pastoral Education. 39 years work as a chaplain. 40 years of experience in spiritual support of individuals and groups. References available beyond Thumbtack.
