I can't say enough about Kristen's work in organizing my garage. It was a task that I had put off for years while the entire time continuing to pile one thing ontop of the other! In the beginning, Kristen worked along side me helping me to purge items that should have been thrown away years ago. Not only was she professional but so understanding, respectful and compassionate towards my needs and sentimentality! Once that was done, she continued to do her magic on her own turning my packed garage into a peaceful, organized and usable space! After more years than I care to remember, we can finally pull our cars into our garage! I can't wait for my next project with her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fully transparent and detailed on my website. Discounts are available for packages of hours purchased for a project. Packages are all-inclusive, including product planning & research time, shopping time, trash & donation drop off, and coordination with service providers at no additional charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to reach out, and I will schedule or contact you for a 15 minute phone consultation to better understand your project before scheduling a complimentary in-person consultation where we'll get to know each other and discuss your project, needs, and goals in greater detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing homes and businesses since 2011 and I have 10+ years of formal project management experience as well as a Masters degree in business.
