Introduction
Being a current athlete (International Wrestler) and former mma fighter/boxer I have the ability to train from the standpoint of an athlete and coach. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a certified Speed Development Coach. I am also an experienced boxing and kickboxing instructor. I have a Master's in Exercise Physiology so I am very fluid in corrective exercise. I have the knowledge and experience to train clients of all ages and fitness levels.
I enjoy motivating people to achieve their goals as I do myself. There is no substitute for real life experience. Please contact me to discuss your goals.

I have been training with Christopher for over 2 years. He is a master at what he does. He tailors the workouts to your needs, concerns and ability. Christopher has a way of pushing you further than you think you can go, but not too far. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. He makes you feel comfortable. He’s also flexible with the schedule…if something comes up, he’ll fit you in another time/day. I’m happy I found Christopher! 😊

Chris is an awesome trainer. He has pushed me in ways no one has before. He's always on time. He can work around your schedule. He's super knowledgeable and has helped me work on some chronic back pain that has now been resolved with his help.

Chris is awesome! My 14 year old daughter really enjoys how he trains her in boxing and kicking. Then he developed an entirely different set of exercises for me (at 58) to help me achieve my goals. Patient and very knowledgeable!

I was worried that I would not be able to keep up with a professional trainer as I have not worked out for sometime. Christopher created a fitness plan that works out great for me! I can keep up, but I’m still doing a great work out, he pushes me further, but not past my limits. He is encouraging, professional, and knowledgeable.
