Cliffeton is a wonderful designer. We remodeled her (entire) house in the borough of Camp Hill, and whether it is interior or exterior design, she has a vision that is difficult to perceive (and Ive been doing this work for 30 years, Im pretty good at design and dcor) but Cliffeton is on another level. Ive never met anyone with such a vision, yet not objectionable to other opinions, in fact she listened, and made changes based on our suggestions. Total class act. Consider hiring Cliffeton Green for your real estate or design projects. You wont be disappointed!

Cliffeton Green has an amazing eye and and an instinctive ability to transform a room into one that's beautiful and comfortable to live in. She helped me tremendously when I was selling my house a few years ago. After a couple of months on the market with no offers, she staged it for me - very quickly and inexpensively. My home never looked better! I immediately started getting offers, and the home went into contract just a few weeks afterwards. Since then, I've seen a number of homes she's renovated. The "before" and "after" are nothing short of astounding. I would definitely recommend Cliffeton to anyone whose home needs a makeover. She's a true talent, hard -working, and a pleasure to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150.00 to come and see and advise on a project. Should the customer wish to proceed I then design via computer a new floor plan with changes and estimated costs for doing the project. I will get several estimates from contractors to do the project. My charge for that is $2,500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is to listen to their needs put their needs and ideas down on paper and then perform the renovation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
buying, renovating and selling homes for over 35 years.
