I hired Brian to take care of dinner for my wife's 40th birthday. The whole process went more smoothly than I could have hoped for. Brian helped me every step of the way, which was great because I hadn't done anything like this before. The meal itself was delicious, and thoroughly impressed our guests. I'd hire Bambistro again in a heartbeat

From inquiry to the clean up everything was amazing! Communication and response time were fabulous, food was amazing and he brought along an assistant who made great drinks and ensured everything went well. They had a beautiful set up and cleaned up! No complaints at all and would definitely book again

Not only was Brian’s food amazing so was he. I hired him to do a birthday surprise for my wife. He was very responsive and knew exactly what I was going for. It was a surprise so Brian was great working around my schedule and times. I knew the food was going to be good but it blew away my expectations. I had about 12 items on the menus and I was surprised how amazing each one turned out. Not only do I recommend him but I am excited to use him again in the future.
