I could tell from the minute they answered the phone that they were friendly, polite and professional. I had some questions that they needed to look into and get back to me about, and they did that the same day! It's SO hard to find a contractor that returns calls in a timely manner and so far I couldn't be more impressed! Keep up the great work - you're just what our area in the Lehigh Valley needs!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and politeness I encountered when I called Ben Franklin of Bethlehem for a clog at my home. They are not quite open yet but were very kind in helpful in finding someone to help me get the clog resolved. I will absolutely be calling them again!
