FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because each job is different and there are so many variables. David has to view the property, see what kind of land he is dealing with and the space where the Landscaping is going. As you can see on our web site there are so many different kinds of property. Large space, small space, shade, full sun, clay dirt or sand or lime mixed in. etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
David calls the customer & sets an appointment . He meets them at their property and walks with them so they can share what they are looking for. He then comes back & puts a design together & shares that with the customer until they are happy with the looks & materials. Then he puts together a Proposal/Bid as to the cost of putting the project together which is typed up for easy reading. We sometimes can also put larger projects into Stages for our customers so that they can get the ideal look they want. Once everything is agreed upon, the customer signs the Bid & we work at getting it done. When the project is finished & the customer has approved the finished project, we send them the bill & they send in the payment. We also have a 1 year Warrantee that is available in writing & where you can give an evaluation of work done on our web site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Licensed Landscape Contractors are required to take a certain amount of hours a year in Continuing Education to stay up on New Laws, ideas & how some of the improvements have been added to materials that we us. Example: we use Rainbird Irrigation Systems products for our irrigation projects & we keep updated on their products.
