They listened to my concerns and assessed the situation. Then gave me different options and outcome of what would happen. They let me decide what choice I was comfortable with. They did a thorough job and you can tell they were not rushing through it. I am happy now my bathroom can be used with peace in mind.

Adjusted to my presence which I hadn't thought I'd need - took longer to get out than anticipated. Adjusted her lunch to suit my needs. Did an excellent job cleaning, including the Venetian blinds and refrigerator.
