What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with customers first, to know them better, to discuss what they want to do, to explain how the work is processing and to talk about the price. After all we sign a contract and start the work. When we finish our work we clean everything and we meet with customers again to make sure they are happy and everything was done correctly
