- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden discounts or fees in our pricing. We charge enough to be profitable and to afford and retain the best possible talent and products. We take no deposit or upfront payment. We don't accept any payment until the job is 100% complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to discuss the details of the project and make sure we can be of help. We then schedule either an in-person or virtual consultation to review options and tailor a solution that best suits our customer's needs. We DONT do sales presentations or use high pressure sales tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of experience in residential remodeling and building products.
