FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree work can be expensive. It can be burdensome at times to justify the prices for tree work to be completed but investing care into our landscapes can have long term benefits. The pricing of each job can vary depending on many site factors such as sensitive garden beds, obstacles below the tree and how far is the drag path for processing debris.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Myself or my colleague will come out and do a site visit. An initial walk through with gathering information about what services the client is looking for. Then a pre and post walk through is encouraged on the day the tree services are to be completed. Most jobs can be completed within a couple hours or a day for some projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA Certified Arborist on staff. This certification is internationally recognized and covers a large breadth of knowledge from tree biology, soil structure, plant health care to rigging techniques used in the field for pruning and removals.
