- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Satisfaction is guaranteed on every shoot and I don't require payment until clients have seen previews of their photos to make sure everything is perfect. If a client is not happy with their photos for any reason, I will continue to work with them until they are. Whether these photos are facilitating a business or capturing a moment with an individual, I want them to serve their intended purpose well. If a client doesn't feel that this has been achieved, I am happy to issue a refund (this has never happened).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial consultation to understand the client's needs, followed by a customized quote and scheduling. Before the shoot, we plan key details to ensure the best results. On the day of the session, I capture images efficiently, and afterward, I professionally edit and deliver them via a secure online gallery. Clients can request adjustments if needed, and I follow up to ensure satisfaction. My goal is to make the experience seamless and deliver visuals that exceed expectations.
