- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is asking them to do a walk through. I ask questions about there preferences and do my best to accommodate. After the cleaning I have the client look to see if they like the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for two different cleaning companies. I learned different techniques from each employer. Im still working on finding the best cleaning techniques. One amazing tool I use is drill with an attachment peice. I used it for stone in the shower. I love exploring the unique ways of cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 18 years old I tried this type of work to make some extra money in the summer time. I worked for a couple months then found a different job. Years later I decided to go back to doing cleaning. This time around I gained more experience and enjoy it more. I really like this job because it is in a way quite satisfying. I like seeing the house transform into a clean place.
