Penny was very pleasant and respectful of the property. She informed me in advance that she was running late, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, she brought a male companion who was not part of the original arrangement. Penny explained that he would be assisting with the cleaning, and I agreed to proceed. I hired Penny for a move-out deep cleaning of a rental property that was already vacant as we prepared it for new tenants. During the initial walkthrough, Penny mentioned she could not clean the blinds since they were not hanging, but assured me she could return on another day to complete that task. I checked in on the progress and was informed that more time was needed, so I left and asked them to notify me when they were done. I paid Penny in full on the same day. However, when I returned the next day, I noticed the floors did not appear thoroughly cleaned, and the light fixtures had been overlooked. Penny apologized and promised to address these missed areas. She reached out to me once via the app to ask if the painting was completed so she could return, but I missed her message as we had been primarily communicating via regular text. Upon further inspection, I discovered that none of the doors had been wiped down, and the drawers were still dirty. I ended up cleaning the doors myself to prepare for painting. When I followed up to ask when she could return, Penny mentioned she was booked for the week. While I understood this, she did not respond when I asked about her availability for the following days. With new tenants ready to move in, I had to hire another service to finish the job. Although Penny is a kind person, I don’t believe she has the experience necessary to manage a project of this scale.

Daniela I wanted to apologize to you and let you know what happened. The drawers I had let you know had your stuff in them still the kitchen and bathroom, the others were vacuumed. The floors were left that way because there was no hot water in the house and the walls and doors were gonna be painted and we should have wiped off those doors with the dust on them and I’m sorry about that. We both spent seven hours which would’ve been 14 hours. . And I was trying to clear my schedule to find you a day and I should have reached back to you about that. I will be glad to refund some of your 375 because I do not want you to be unhappy. my customers are what makes my job work Again, I am truly sorry I wanted you to be happy
