The cleaning service was very quick and she was able to come help same day! The only issue I had was that in my project details under additional services needed I clicked that I needed my fridge cleaned out and need a deep clean service. I also put this inside of our messaging. This was the top reason I needed help. Once service was done she said she could schedule another time to do that service for me so once that happens I will update my review. Everything looked nice, I would consider it a standard clean due to baseboards not wiped down and some areas of the floor not swept or mopped which are things I usually do when I can clean myself. Nonetheless I really needed a jumpstart to being able to get my apartment back the way it should be and would book again in the future.

I requested a ¨deep¨cleaning of a 1,600 sf house and was quoted $350, but I wouldn't define what they did as a ¨deep¨cleaning and several things were missed. However, it was difficult to communicate because both women spoke little or no English even though I was promised a ¨good¨English speaker. I was very clear about what I wanted to be done, but my instructions were, apparently, not understood because of the communication barrier. One of the women was talking on her phone or to the other woman in a foreign language half of the time and sending messages instead of focusing on her job. They were able to remove some very difficult stains from the toilets which we had failed at, but the kitchen sink was overlooked as well as a couple of blinds that needed cleaning. I did not get the 5% discount promised and I gave the younger woman $260 in cash before they left, but the owner called me later that evening and told me that I had not paid ... wrong. The price was not the issue as it was not a reasonable sum for two workers for 3.5 hours, I wanted a DEEP cleaning and got an average one with several things missed.
