- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an in network provider for most insurance companies and also except auto accident cases. If you're not sure if your insurance covers acupuncture, I can help you find out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend about an hour and a half on the first visit and review your health history and all your concerns. During that time, I'll develop a treatment plan and let you know what to expect during your care. There's time for any questions you may have and I'll use the information I get from your exam to customize your care to your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii's 4 year program. I'm licensed in Oregon and Hawaii and am nationally board certified by NCCAOM in the areas of Acupuncture, Biomedicine, Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
