- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with each customer individually to create the correct estimate and scope of work for their project and budget. We offer discounts to: - Service Members - Veterans - Frontline workers - School Teachers Discounts do not stack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free, professional in-home measure. This allows our sales team to build an accurate estimate, minimizing surprises during the project. After a measure has been submitted by our field team member, our professional sales reps go over the measure and create a comprehensive estimate. Our commitment to all our customers is to get the estimate to them within 24hrs, but most of the time we are able to get the estimate to the customers on the same day. Once an estimate is sent to the customer, a sales rep reaches out to go over the estimate with the customer to ensure accuracy and work with the customer on their specific needs for their project, as well as, walk them through to the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Modern Flooring Services team members and installers have over 5 years of experience in the trade. From sales of products to performing the installation labor.
