FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on many factors and the equipment required to get the job done. For that reason, it's even more important to speak with my customers, understand what they are looking for, and provide pricing options based on that conversation. In that way, pricing can be agreed upon by all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer, it's important to me that I fully understand their needs. I ask that we take some time for you to tell me exactly what you want for your event. I also ask for 20 songs you'd really like to hear. That gives me an idea of your musical interest and I build an entire setlist around that list and our conversation. Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years DJ experience and have played weddings, corporate events, and birthday parties for all ages... If you want music for your backyard cookout or pool party, I'm that DJ as well. For me its all about the music!
