- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CHARGE IS SWEET AND SIMPLE...TWO WAYS ONLY …4 person guest minimum for chef service !!! First option of charge... $60 per person plus the cost of groceries for my Signature Service aka....family style of serving a three course meal. Second Option of charge... $70 per person plus cost of groceries for my Tailored Service....a four course meal served plated personally to each guest. appetizer, salad, entree, desert. CATERING involves different prices!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them in person to talk about style of service desired, viewing of menu options and to take a look at their kitchen space. I go over the contract with Host/Client. It's nice to meet up before hand to get to know client and cooking environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef and I grew up in a melting pot of many cultures and cuisines. Family and friends taught me a lot of my knowledge and skills. I have worked in my local farmers market and worked as a sous chef at a few restaurants. I also have my food handlers card and have studied on line as well.
