FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive in contrast to industry standards. I can be most flexible as owner and operator of Preeminent Home Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep things simple by asking basic questions that will help both, the customer and myself come to an understanding of the job or projects that need completion. #1 what is the project at hand? #2 what's the most cost effective direction for the project? #3 How much time will it take per project if it's more than one job to be completed #4 Make sure the customer understands what's go on at each phase of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 2 year apprenticeship program where construction math 1&2, blueprint reading 1&2, general construction 1&2, tool maintenance and recognition and OSHA 30 are some of the required classes to graduate.
