Absolutely terrible. Repeatedly promised to deliver and failed every single time. After nearly 3 months on a project originally estimated by the architect to take about a week, we are starting over and nowhere near ready to even submit for our building permit.

I wish this inexperienced client could do more than one project so others could review them also. This client used out of country consultants and has been in a state of disarray and hesitation for many more months before we were invited to push this over the goal line. Now the permit has been submitted, and is only missing one piece of information which is not in our scope of work, but we have offered to help with anyway. Expectations of this. Client are unreasonable and Review is incorrect and motivated by their inexperience with working with professionals. They even changed their other, out of country professionals, several times during their wandering process.
