I recently hired Juan to repair our front door, which had a worn-out spring mechanism in the handle. From the start, Juan impressed me with his professionalism. He responded within hours of my initial inquiry and even managed to come out to my house that same day. When he anticipated being about ten minutes late, he made sure to communicate in advance, which I really appreciated. Juan measured the handle and recommended a replacement that would closely match the original, so we wouldn’t have to alter the stain. Before he left, I showed him some rotting and warped exterior wood that needed attention. He advised me to find matching paint, as he’d have to remove some siding to make the repairs seamless. When I asked if he could complete the door repair within 48 hours due to the difficulty we were having getting in and out of our home, he didn’t hesitate. He provided a rough estimate and got to work. The new door lock was installed promptly and with excellent craftsmanship. Later, my spouse noticed a slight misalignment, and Juan returned within hours to adjust it and make sure everything was perfect. He even followed up afterward to ensure we were fully satisfied. I am thoroughly impressed with Juan’s communication, quality workmanship, and dedication to standing by his work. I feel lucky to have found him and have no doubt he’ll be highly sought after. Juan was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did the job in the amount of time he had estimated and at budget.
