Awesome is not a good enough word but it will have to do. Ian is magic. He fixed problems that nobody had been able to fix since last October and I had to work around them. He's super nice, incredibly talented, called me immediately, the problem is fixed and my computer is running like it's brand new. THANK YOU IAN, you went over and above and I have you in my VIP section of people who are good at what they do on the chance I goof something up again. Thank you SO much, you're the guy!!!!

Super professional and friendly! We were most impressed with the extent, the depth of technical knowledge. Diagnosed our security system, made improvements, etc, and did it quickly!
