Our specialty is bathroom remodeling and we love transforming that old dirty, smelly, scum overcome, most-used room in your house to an oasis of potty pleasure. Kitchen remodels, bedroom additions, window/door installation, new flooring, deck and porch projects, siding rehabilitation, and fences/gates are all residential remodel projects we have completed for satisfied customers. Have a more complex remodel in mind that requires a permit? No problem we have ushered projects through Lane County Building permitting and inspections successfully. I work for a government entity assisting in managing their properties and we are quite a few hours away from the Eugene/ Springfield area. We had a property we were doing a complete bathroom remodel on.James was amazing to work with, he was very open and transparent. Communicating with him was as easy as pie- he went through and double checked all the details of the project before we got started. He gave my director plenty of choices for the bathroom, with a good selection of medium priced items (which we asked for).During the whole process he stayed in constant contact and was very responsive.We ended up needing recommendations for plumbers and electricians in the area, and even those whom he recommended were pleasant, and responsive.Dealing with contractors in general can be a pain, let alone trying to stay on top of a project that is located miles and hours from where your office is. But James made me wish every contractor I came into contact with in my residing town was as communicative and responsive as him.I would highly recommend, his team did a great job on the bathroom remodel, and made the experience actually pleasant. The finish product was exactly what we wanted and it looked fantastic.

James and Tristan were incredible! Start to finish, from coming up with the ideas for my extensive bath remodel, to negotiating the bid to fit my budget, they were so easy to work with. When they started work they were punctual, polite, fastidious about keeping the rest of my house clean during the entire process. They were great communicators as well, letting me know when something needed to be adjusted or a different part ordered - they handled it all without any worry on my part. They finished faster than anticipated, and even the subcontractors they worked with were top-notch professionals who were quick at what they do and very easy to work with. I was so pleased with the results!! All the water damage was replaced, and the bathroom looks phenomenal now! I'd give them 10 out of 5, they were that good!

James leads a strong team. He and Tristan (our primary contacts) as well as Travis (plumbing) and Todd (drywall) all did better than average work on our project - a bathroom remodel. Level + Plumb, led by James, was by far the best remodeling experience I have been blessed with (of many). I am a real estate investor and James' great communication and professionalism allowed for a flawless kitchen and bath remodel in my rental while I stayed remote. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free in person consultations. After our initial meeting, I will generate a comprehensive estimate that will allow you to understand the full scope of work and budgeting numbers for special order features like vanities (that can range quite substantially in price). With these numbers we can revisit the project, confirm any items that may be dropped or are optional due to budget constraints. Once you are satisfied with the scope of work and want to schedule the remodel project, we require a 50% deposit to secure the spot in our calendar and order materials. I will be in consistent contact with you to offer support and advice so that when we arrive you feel ready for us to begin.
