Gibson Roofing replaced our roof recently. We are extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship , and professionalism we received throughout the entire process. When we contacted Gibson Roofing, our estimator returned our call the same day and was out to our property to take measurements. He was very easy to work with and provided us with a competitive bid. We really appreciated the level of detail in the bid. The office staff was quick to get us the bid and also, later the invoice and payment options. The crew arrived on time each day and worked extremely hard to complete the project. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed by Gibson Roofing and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We have lived in our 110 year old Portland bungalow for 25 years and done many improvement projects over the years. Steve Gibson and Gibson roofing rank among the best we have ever used, and we would absolutely call Steve for a variety of home projects.We contacted seven companies for bids on our new roof, which included a full tear off. Half the house and the garage never had plywood underneath the shingles. We also needed new gutters/downspouts. In addition to that, We needed straightening of the corbels That support the roof above the large front porch. Steve and his crews were able to commit to complete all of these tasks within an agreed upon time frame.We highly recommend Steve Gibson because:1. From his very first meeting with us, we appreciated his politeness, wide range of experience in the home construction business, and attentiveness to us personally and to what our needs and expectations were.2. He NEVER tried to encourage us to buy services or supplies that we did not need. In fact, if certain parts of our house were still functioning well, he would suggest we keep them as is.3. He always listened carefully to both of us, and kept a close ear to our desire for esthetics to our home. He clearly valued our house as our home, not just our piece of property.4. His bid was very detailed, item by item. It was also the lowest of the seven bids we had.5. The whole team was very professional they did a awesome job on time at the price agreed upon. We feel very secure in the knowledge that if a issue arrises with our roof they will take care of it promptly. We feel you can't go wrong using gibson roofing.

Steve Gibson did our quote and was very willing to work within our budget. The crew were prompt, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up at the completion of the project, and not a shingle or nail was left behind! The business staff ( Amy) was extremely responsive and professional. It was a great experience.
