FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and we are not able to give a standard price. Majority of jobs with enough detail can be given a fair online bid but there are still circumstances that require an inspection of the job to give a fair and accurate quote. There are also instances where an hourly rate plus parts is more appropriate and cost effective.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to provide quality customer care from the first moment of contact through the completion of the job! We also fallow up with our customers to ensure that everything is still working well. We hope to become the go to plumbing shop people can trust and rely on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of college, 4 years of apprenticeship and 23 years of on the job. I am also a licensed plumbing contractor with Oregon and that also required coarse work and testing along with a background check. I entered the apprenticeship in 2002 and completed it in 2006 as a journeyman.
