FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow our custom built estimating software to determine costs of each job based on various variables, some of which include the size and height of house/ building. It all comes down to how much material will be used and how long it will take to complete the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer, our initial contact starts by email, phone, text, chat. We are flexible in our communication methods. We setup an in person visit if necessary or have the customer provide us with more details and send us pictures of work to be performed. We identify what's needed and put together a proposal which we have the owner review and approve. If the owner is flexible on schedule we place the job on our to-do map and notify ahead per instructions and complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from contractor licensing classes/ exams, OHSA safety classes, lead certification, there really is no college degree that will prepare you for hauling ladders, climbing on roofs. Although some of us here have degrees to help run the business, the hands on part is gained through decades of experience in the field. Training of new employees is done by a master installer, so things are done properly from the beginning.
