Dmitry contacted me early and set up a time next day to come over even if it was a Satuarday. He replaced the capacitor and did regular maintenance. I did not have pricing from others to compare, but I was happy to have the job done quickly since it was very hot around the time.

Dmitry is awesome! He scheduled the repair for the same afternoon I called, and the charge was fair. He repaired my fridge in a timely manner, and he even checked my oven when I mentioned that it bakes at a higher temp. I will be calling him next time I have an appliance problem!

Called a dozen other “same day emergency service” companies, nobody could come out on a holiday weekend. Finally found Fuse through Thumbtack, they were able to come out 2 hours later. Dmitri was quick and super helpful! A lose wire in our AC shorted the board in the furnace, Dmitri was able to fix it in the same session. Will definitely be using them again! Also can’t complain about the great price too. The same service, repair and labor cost for Fuse equaled what would have been just the diagnostic cost for our old furnace company. Glad we found Fuse!
