FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my pricing as fair. That being said, I believe I offer a lot of value compared to larger companies with multiple crews/vans and lots of advertising overhead that the customer eventually is paying for. I mostly work alone or with 1-2 trusted employees. this allows me to charge less while still provided a good quality service and experience. I try to work on 1 job at a time, and this allows me to be responsive to customer requests and questions and not be pulled away to other projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to do in person visits so I can get a good sense of the scope of the project and can answer any questions my customers might have about their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a Home Inspector, have multiple Friends and Family in the Trades and have always had this type of work as a hobby in my free time.
