- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $75.00. After we diagnose the problem, we will present you with different options to either repair or replace your unit. We also offer memberships that can help give our customers other benefits such as discounts on parts and routine maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to treat all of our customers as we would want to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service technicians have graduated from area tech schools as well as completing specialized training though supply house and continuing education. We also hold weekly training classes in house for all of our staff.
