- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We've designed our pricing to be straightforward and easy to understand. No hidden fees or up charges, not even on maintenance. Our full service residential property management fee structure provides an incentive for us to work hard for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Oklahoma, member of Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors, as well as member of National Association of Residential Property Managers. I have been investing in rental properties in OK since my college days.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first experience with investment property began right after graduating OSU back in the early 1990's. That is were I learned some hard lessons but also grew my passion for residential real estate.
