- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can be flexible. We recognize the importance of pictures and capturing memories, and we want to make sure that we don’t break anyone’s bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to have a consultation if possible - even if it’s just over the phone. It’s important to know what exactly is expected of us and what the main goals are for each shoot. Communication is top priority and this allows us to (hopefully) create a perfect experience for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We haven’t been to school specifically for photography, but we love to research. We’ve done so many different kinds of photography and it takes initiative to excel at all of them. We learn more with each job, and we strive to do even better at the next one.
