Jana has learned the secrets to make weighted squats enjoyable. She is kind, enthusiastic, and committee to her client’s success progress. I got so much stronger and learned so much about health and fitness working with her. She would do research and adapt workouts to help me do my best. She continually encouraged me by showing how much progress that I made. She is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer. You’ll love her.
