The job was complete! You were told by 3 different techs that you had to have the floor laid back down before we set the vanity. When we showed up to set the vanity the floor was not done, but you told the guys to go ahead and set it. You only mentioned a leak once you tried to pull it out so you could try and set the floor back underneath it. I offered to send the guys back out the next day to pull it and then we would come back again to reset the vanity at no charge. You declined! I again agreed to send a tech out to look at the leak and fix it as well as recaulk the vanity at no charge. Nothing here was left unfinished!

Showed up on time! I gave the direction of what I'd already tried and he took that and ran with it. The whole project only took about 20 minutes in and out. I didn't feel like I was overcharged and felt like it was as good a value as I could get versus other plumbers. I would use them again.
