Called Juan after two other interactions (one contractor said the knew how, but I caught them reading the manual and telling me they had never done pool lights! The other wanted a HUGE fee to replace 4 lights and couldn’t commit to a time less than a week and a half later!) I was referred to Juan by a friend who owned a pool supply company in Edmond (David Smith at Davis supply). Juan called me right back, educated me on the overall process with a minimum charge, but set my expectations if there were “complications”. He showed up the next day on time, replaced four lights in an hour. In addition, he tightened up a seal on our pool heater and secured a wire that had come loose without me even asking! All for the minimum charge he quoted on the phone. I watched he and his team member work for the hour. It’s awesome to watch people that are pros and know what they are doing! Awesome!
