FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing involves an 'inspection/setup fee' a per removal fee and a written estimate to repair and exclude future problems. I also have monthly and quarterly plans depending on services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical job starts with an inspection which takes about an hour and involves looking in the attic and climbing on the roof checking for problems. Even if the job is for skunks under a shed I give an inspection of everything, possibly spotting a problem they didn't know they had or a potential for future problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school science teacher who grew up in the outdoors, that combination gives me the rare ability to teach the customer about their wildlife problem as well as solve the problem and insure it doesn't happen again. Every year I find opportunities to learn about new products and techniques that allow better human wildlife conflict resolution.
