- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive yet fair. Since I own the company AND I am the one who will show up to do the work I don't have outrageous break the bank prices. Being an owner/operator you're able to get high quality with lower costs to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With an initial call/text from a soon to be client I ask for a photo with a description of what happened. I am usually able to give an accurate estimate with that alone, but If I think it'd be best that I see the work in person we will schedule a in person estimate. I am glad to answer any questions you may have!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the drywall finishing trade for over 15 years, I am able to describe the work to be done along with keep you updated on the work along the way. Working on intricate designs with archway corners to all kinds of wall texturing, I have seen it all!
