She helped set up and tear down our wedding and also acted as the day-of coordinator. The in-person work spanned three days, and she was responsive and helpful leading up to those days as well, even checking in with our other vendors in advance. She was on-time and friendly, brought printouts of all the information I'd sent her and got right to work on the to-do list with virtually no guidance needed. She and her helper (who was just as wonderful) even completed all the nice-to-have-but-optional tasks on my list. The evening of the wedding, she stayed late and cleaned up as much as possible, which made the next day's final clean-up SO much faster and easier! And the thing that really blew my mind was such a pleasant surprise. See, we'd ordered eucalyptus to put on the tables, but it didn't show up when it was supposed to, so I had accepted that we just wouldn't have it. It came late the night before the wedding, and with so much going on and no time left anyway, I completely forgot the box on the floor of the venue after the rehearsal. I texted Alicia asking her if she could just move it out of the way.
