- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of the current pricing can be seen on my website at candidsphotography.com. Each client is unique, therefore, the best pricing is done when a package is created around what each client will need for display in their home or their families homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have first time clients fill out a questionnaire to help me to understand a little more about their personality and what type of session would complement them and their family. The questionnaire is then typically followed by a phone call or a meeting to learn a little more about each other to make sure we are a great fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Defiance College. I belong to the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), The American Photographer's Association (APA), Ohio Photographer's Association (OPA), Florida Photographer's Association (FPA). In addition, I am constantly learning, reading and taking tutorials. In addition, I attend several seminars, conventions and workshops to continually enhance my photography and business skills. I am also fully licensed and insured for my client's peace of mind.
