I had the power to all my outlets down the left side of my trailer go out at once. I called and explained the situation. He dropped everything he was doing and came over immediately. He took the time to assess each of my outlets and determined the problem quickly. He took the time to explain what happened and what I would need to do to keep it from happening again in the future. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. On top of that, his price to fix the problem was generous compared to others I've dealt with in his field. I would recommend his work to any one of my family, friends, and even complete strangers. Top notch.
