We had reached out to TLC when we found a roof leak and they came out the next day for us to inspect. Raistlin was very professional and kind. He was very thorough with his inspection. Turned out to be just a single nail! He came back the same day and fixed it for us, no charge! Though we didnt end up needing roofing services, they will be our first call if anything were to occur again.

I've probably had a dozen roofing companies knock on our door over the years. TLC happened to come at the right time and Jonathan was professional, courteous and patient. He handled everything with our insurance company and even helped pick the perfect shingle colors. His team was amazing, friendly, helpful and fast (3,500 square footage in 8 hours)! He even let us know when it was safe to take our 3 dogs out. Thank you!

Replaced roof with TLC in spring of '24. Mike L. was my project manager. Extremely happy with entire experience beginning with estimate, ending with the installation, and everything in between - scheduling, transparency, communication, cost, recommendations. Communication and management of the project from Mike was phenomenal, of which I was very appreciative. The crew seemed to work efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the quality product and installation. They also were thorough with their cleanup, which was important to me with dogs and a toddler.Highly recommend working with this company and with Mike L.
