- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being fair to every customer and giving the best job that we can. We run specials all year long and we do not believe in price gouging word of mouth has gotten us to where we are now. I just wanna thank everybody for your help and support of our business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining our process very thorough and making them feel comfortable getting to know us. Honestly we just want to do the best job that we can and make everybody happy whether it’s a new customer or an old customer every customer matters and we guarantee our work 100%
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all are certified at everything we do that is very important to make sure weather one of us doesn’t know the answer we have another person to call on our team and we can usually work any problem out together whether figuring out how to clean a special sofa or rug or just a basic question
