We worked with IPO Properties, LLC for a recent home inspection during the home buying process. Ward was able to meet our deadlines to have the inspection done and get the full report submitted. We had a family member follow him around and he provided a lot of education on what he was finding. This felt like the kind of customer service that was so common 30-40 years ago. Ward inspected a 1920 property that I bought to flip. He took all the time necessary to look at and test everything, explained everything he saw, and gave us very helpful suggestions for making updates efficiently. His report was thorough, and he is also very friendly and has an excellent attitude. I will call him again for the next inspection!
