They installed a fifty gallon pressure vented hot water tank for us in a professional and timely manner. Their response time was excellent too! I would highly recommend using them and we are having them quote other projects!

If you want a company with very HIGH standards, who works old-school style (people helping people) then you NEED TO HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!! I needed repairs to my gas fireplace and Doug explained to me over the phone that it should be somewhat of an easy fix. He walked me thru the process of doing it myself and if that didnt work, then he would be right over. Well, because of his professionalism and honesty, I was able to repair the fireplace on my own, saving me a lot of money. I have found a company that is out to HELP PEOPLE, and I will be recommending Quick Response to all my family and friends. They are now my #1 company to call for any household repairs. Our hot water tank went on an Sunday, I looked into two of the heating and cooling companies referred by Thumbtack. Quick Response got back to me that day. The other company did not contact me until a few days later. Once Doug was able to evaluate our situation he determined that our install had unforeseen circumstances that he did not expect. Instead of walking away from the job or rescheduling he made it clear to us that he was committed to getting the install completed. He had to get an alternate hot water tank and work in very tight quarters to complete the job. We are very pleased with his commitment, professionalism and the quality/value of work. We will definitely use Quick Response LLC in the future.
