The job was perfect!!!!! My wife loved it!!!! Garry was very helpful in finding the right flooring and also his recommendations on trim were great as well. The job was completed ahead of scheduled, with very little waste, and also no clean up left for us. This guy is great I would definitely use again or recommend to anyone needing hardwood flooring installed.

It was a pleasure having Garry lay down our engineered hardwood flooring. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and paid very much attention to detail. He did a quality job and was done in one day. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone interested in having hardwood installed. He was even very reasonable on his rates he charged to install our flooring. We love our new floors and couldn't be more satisfied!

Garry and his dad Ralph's team were second too none. Garry was able to get us a competitive quote and a better than could ask for timeframe. It truly is an "art" to install flooring into existing then sanding all of it and restraining to someone's liking. You can tell Garry has been doing this over 15 years and his dad probably twice that! If you ever want to considering having original hardwoods sanded and refinished instead of buying the new fake crap you must reach out to this guy. I am overly confident you will get the same "5 Star" service that I received. They stuck to the satisfaction agreement and stayed within the quoted time estimate. 3500 sq ft main floor job in Powell

Gary came out to provide me with an initial estimate at a very fair price and was able to schedule the install to complete within a week. Gary and his installer completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and the floors look great. Gary was very polite and was willing to address any questions I had throughout the process. He took the time after the completed job to discuss some of the concerns and care related to floating floors. I would definitely recommend Gary Cooper for your flooring install needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flooring pricing is hard to give a general price for as each and every floor and layout is unique. Customers get to customize each and every hardwood project from stain color or natural to oil based finish or water based finish to the sheen they want (and that is all for just a sand and refinish). Ask us about our discount offers when discussing your estimate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate to get a feel for what the customer is looking for and the size and time frame. From there we work on scheduling a time to get it done that will best fit the customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have 26 years experience and learned from a professional with 30+years experience.
