Steven provided quality work and quoted us a price less than half another contractor quoted. He worked much longer than he thought he would as the repairs were a lot more extensive than what he originally thought. He is very honest and did not charge us any more than he quoted. Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with. My thermostat went out and the heat was on. My house was 98 degrees! He contacted me very quickly, I explained the issue, and he was out first thing in the morning! Very fast and so professional! He made a very miserable situation a breeze!
