The pilot light on my grandparent’s furnace wouldn’t light. I sent GO2AIR a message, explained the issue, he called within 10 minutes and scheduled us in for the next morning - bright and early. He arrived, checked to make sure everything was in great condition, fixed the issue they were having with the thermostat (not the furnace) and it was back working in 10 minutes. Costed me $49.99 for the service call. He added $20 for the worked and charged me $69. I gave him $100 because of his professionalism, I felt safe with him in their home, and he went out of his way to wait about 15 minutes while I resolved the issue I was having with my debit card. He remained polite and understanding while I resolved it. I would definitely refer and hire GO2AIR again.

Go2Air did a great job for a great price. I had a guy that took care of my HVAC issues, but now my guy is Go2Air. I would definitely recommend making them your guy too.

Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with. My thermostat went out and the heat was on. My house was 98 degrees! He contacted me very quickly, I explained the issue, and he was out first thing in the morning! Very fast and so professional! He made a very miserable situation a breeze!
